What is the warranty?
The warranty provided is 3 years on the unit as a whole. Please see our warranty terms and conditions available in the menu for more info.
Why is it so cheap?
Our business manufactures a diverse line of products, leading to numerous income streams. This is advantageous for buyers as we do not rely on large profit margins to sustain operations.
What material is the outside?
The exterior cladding features EcoDeck, a composite material perfect for outdoor use. It boasts low maintenance requirements and effortless cleaning.

Are they really made in Australia?
Yes! We manufacture in our factory in Kilsyth Victoria. It is also where we facilitate pickups, so if you choose to pick your product up, you might just catch a glimpse of them being manufactured.
How long does the water take to cool down to 2 degrees?
The time required for the water temperature to decrease is primarily dictated by the initial water temperature in the Ice Bath; typically, with mains water, it will take approximately an hour to reach 2 degrees.
Can we see the product before we purchase?
We currently don't have one on display but we are working towards opening a small part of our factory for people to see the product and even test it out!
